Completed the 500-hr Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in Thailand and have taught in studios in California, Colombia and Jakarta. Trained in Hongkong under Pure Yoga’s Pre and Post Natal Yoga Teacher Certification. Also certified in mat and reformer under Stott Pilates™. Loves the beach, playing the piano, and going to yoga.
