In addition, our multi-specialty facility offers Stott Pilates™, Vinyasa Yoga, Physical Rehabilitation, Sports Conditioning, Zumba Dance, and other fitness regimens that cater everyone.

Bootcamp

Bootcamp

A type of group training program designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of exercise. The activities and format may be loosely demonstrated on aspects of fitness training used in the military. The boot camp workout consists of cardiovascular conditioning (running or walking, plyometrics), strength training (weights, resistance bands, medicine balls, kettle bells) and stretching.
